    Stole the account

    Hello. My account was stolen today, before that I sent many resources and gold to the mail. Can I make a backup of this character and get my account back?

    no, it is not possible to use any backup in these cases.

    If you have lost access to your account, send an email to [email protected]

    If you have already got your account back -> enable "2 step authentication" to avoid this case of issue in future:

    Btw you may restore only things gained with Coins via Store (in case they have been deleted)
