WotLK Problem with my reputation ring

On January 15, 2018 my account was hacked, whoever did it erased all or almost all the armor I had including my reputation ring (Ashen Band of Endless Destruction) So, at that time you did nothing to help me recover any of the items that were deleted (even though I sent a ticket explaining my situation), but I would like to know if you at least allow me to have the ring of reputation or the possibility of starting the reputation again? since right now, the game doesn't allow me to get that ring again.
P.D.: I would appreciate your help in this regard, as I have been a reliable player on this server for almost 10 years.

They did nothing because as you could've read in ToS, account security is your responsibility.
If you want the ring now, you can open a ticket in-game and ask for help there.
