Hello. Today I made a mistake buying Relentless Gladiator's Dreadplate Helm (nick Sverddans) but I can't sell it to get back arena points although its 2 hours to do it left. And there're no anchants or sockets i did. Please, help

Dude, for real? I had a look at you through armory - you have this helm equiped both with gems and enchants. So what are you trying to achieve with false claim?

Even if it is not that one helm, yours new helm being non-refundable means that you either socketed/enchanted or 2 hour mark have passed.

If i couldn't read, i wouldn't be able to comment aswel. And no, your "detailed" explanation is far from being so. Unless Warmane manualy altered shop mechanics of Lordaeron, there is no way it would be as you've described. So it's either insanely rare bug or malicious intent from your side to cover own mistake. OFC you can try to create in-game ticket for GM support, but something tells me you won't get desired solution
