1. i think the admins should make a universal gear rule set for icc 25 pugs

more and more times i run in to situations where the leader doesnt want to give the fury warriors the agiltiy arp wrists from saurfang saying "thats leather, rogue prio" and then when you submit a ticket the gm says "no violation" ? excuse me? thats bis for fury. same goes for the mail armor penetration nerub stalker belt or the wrists from gunship. despite no hunter needing them and shamans being resto/ele they say "THAT HAS INT ITS NOT FOR WARRIOR" despite the off stats being perfect on it and in comparison to heroic tosks maximized wristguards it only having 20less arp and 11stamina.

  2. Question the Raid Leader about those items and if they have any priority, only join if there isn't.
Even if we were to make "universal gear rules" - which we aren't - they wouldn't be above individual raid rules. If someone creates a raid with the rule "I get everything, you get nothing" and you still joined and played it to the end, it would be your own choice and we wouldn't intervene.

  3. Ask these before/during/after inspection, don't wait till you're already doing buffs for the 1st boss:

Are rogues, druids given priority on leather items? Or Hunters/shamans for mail items?
Are Warriors/Paladins/DK's allowed to roll leather/mail as MS?
Are [spec/class] allowed to roll [item]?
Are healers given priority on spirit items in this raid?
    I'm X/Y/Z spac/class, I have A,B,C item, am I allowed to roll as MS for 1,2,3 items?
e.g. Can Holy Paladin roll for https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50694 from Festergut as MS as I have http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50450 at the moment?

Screenshot your question and answer you get, if you find the answer satisfactory. If the answer isn't what you hoped for, find another PUG.
Do not save yourself to raid before you get your answers. If RL isn't answering (may take a minute or two), leave the raid. If they aren't paying attention to serious questions, they aren't going to be paying attention to many things, but give them time to respond, as they might have multiple chats going on with recruitment.
