I have a account with 2 characters in...ok...las time when i was online ..I mean in game was 363 days ago...my characters will be deleted?or? I dont know...pls help...

Depends. Conditions for everything are perfectly described in cleanup announcement topic. So you need to be bit more clear about what help you need.

1. What level were your characters?

2. On Which realm?

3. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters are showed on website -> it means they are flagged for a rename. So you need to log with client to set new names

4. Is your account premium?
