So where is merciless glad weapon vendor?

as 3.3.5a there should be no S1-S2-S3 weapons.
You should be able to find only S4 weapon. (at "area 52" and "Gadgetzan")

So if you manage to find merciless-weapon somewhere in-game from a vendor, it is a "bug".

You may buy them on "Store" for Coins in case.

Because that is how it was on Retail as 3.3.5a patch
(S2 set availble at isle of quel danas but S2 weapon missing)
