Unable to transfer to Icecrown?

Hello everyone,

I saw the announcement of the new season on frostmourne. In there it states that a character transfer shall be possible.

Does that only happen on the 15. of April or should I be able to transfer earlier?
Because when I go to my Account -> Services Tab, there is no option to select Frostmourne S2 and when I select Frostmourne where my characters are located, there is no option for a transfer.

u can do it after s2 ends
