New to warmane: a few questions about the new Frostmourne server

Hello everyone,

So, I'm kinda new on warmane. I've known the project for quite a long time now, but I haven't really played there in the past like, at all.
I've found out about the upcoming server, and I'll admit that I'm interested.
One thing I'm not sure I understand, however, is the philosophy behind launching a PVE server instead of a PVP server: was ganking completely out of control during "Frostmourne II (if that's how you call it)", to the degree where people complained about it so much that a PVE option became obvious? I'm going to play anyway, but a fresh pvp option would have been slighty more exciting to me. another question I wanted to ask: will the very high leveling rates mostly apply to the 1-68 leveling range, or will that apply to the entire 1-80 experience? Because x5-x7 really sounds like a lot otherwise, especially when you want to keep things blizzlike between 70-80 imo no?

PVE setting is probably an experiment. Some sure complained, despite open PVP being "inherent property of the world".

And you can adjust exp by clicking on exp bar, you can even set it 0.5x.
