WotLK FDK Tier 9 bis / talents / stats?

Hey!

I was wondering if anyone has info on FDK in tier 9? A bis list, what stat breakpoints you want, any talent changes from T8 and if so, when to transition to them?

I have found very nice resources here for Pre-bis, T7, T8 and T10, but nothing on T9.

Any help much appreciated!

I really wish the guides would show the progress to BiS. I think a good way to go is aim for 2 of the set from EoT and 2 of the set from EoF to get TWO set bonuses.
