I dont think Warmane wants to do it because it would take too much of resources. Also they cant be sure people would play it and keep it alive

Shut down MoP and replace with Cata.

MoP was an all time low subs for US and EU. Mostly popular in China, half the people I played with where Chinese on US realms.

Blizz has classic vanilla, tbc and likely wotlk classic will be released soon.

People come to warmane specifically to play WotLK. Its here its fully running. minor bugs here n there cant be helped.
not sure where the comments from " people are tired of wrath " or " its dying " coming from.. well if you are so tired.. go play something else for a few months. or go retail or whatever. enjoy the ****ty story they have right now.. and then come back saying " god i missed this".

this is disregarding the facts which you neglected like how many people will actually go for it and stay playing those expansions. will that gain a profit to warmane ? It is a business after all.

Well now that wotlk is on verge of extinction it wouldnt hurt to make a fresh cata, you know, just to see if it hits. I'm gonna bet you that the server will have thousands of player if the server is made correctly, i.e instant 80 with dual talents and proffs would be nice also.

I used to play on the Cata server when it was open, and the population was overall meager. Even their PvP server was worse than what Blackrock is now. Of course, the player base has asked countless times for changes but, as usual, were ignored. I don't think the Cata servers will ever come back, honestly.

They didn't try anything to help the Cata servers before so there most likely will never be one

You ask for cata realm and insta lvl 80 in the same post? In my years of mmorpg i can say that people like you are the ones that quit the game after 1-2 weeks. If they create cata realm based on people like yourself the realm would fail in the first few weeks.

Leveling 1-80, and then to 85 isn't always the most fun experience. My excitement about new cata realm wouldn't be leveling 1-80 yet again. It would be more about the level 85 content, maybe a bit about leveling through 80-85.

Doesn't mean it couldn't be an option to instant 80, or level as you please.

Warmane is known for there super stable and minimum buggy WotLK servers.
-Look at the player count, not many of the other private servers are even near those numbers (:

When every other servers fail to keep a Cata server running, theres a reason for it. (Nobody want to play a MMO with this much content and 1000 active players)
-Why the MoP server has not been closed yet is a mystery (Then I rather keept the TBC server.)

also WOTLK is not even close to extinction. People will be playing it in droves as wotlk classic gets closer and closer. delusional
