its ridiculous, one try to figure out the PW and now im locked minutes before the show starts, i mean comon, wake up and fix this.

So what actually happened? You tried to login numerous times with wrong password? No wonder account would get locked for 24 hours as a safety measure.
So, there seems to be nothing that needs "fixing". Also getting response via email may take days. And whom ever from staff would read this, is most likely a forum moderator who would have no power to help. Only thing they could do is forward your message, but that won't remove the fact that you spammed wrong PW and got your account locked.

Ah this is unfortunate, I tried logging in a few times at 10, i already knew my info. Maybe Ill try again after the timer ends. Thanks for the input.

1. Support ticket
2. Emailing [email protected]
Admins' time is limited, and there are numerous tickets all the time.
