1. Your IP Address has been terminated due to Staff Impersonation - help

    Hello! I made the mistake of logging in with my VPN active one day and ever since then the message "Your IP Address (XXX) has been terminated due to Staff Impersonation"
    Because of this al controls are blocked for me including the ability to put in a ticket so I am hoping that by posting here that this can be fixed.
