Since your account is premium you may open a ticket on website:
https://www.warmane.com/account -> support -> create ticket -> general enquiry

I am not sure if what you are asking is doable, maybe you may get a 150 Coins refund and then you can spend them on the other character (in case you have bought the weapon recently)
