I cant log into the game and I have been told the only way to contact Warmane is from an ingame ticket.... Well how am I suppose to do that if I cant log into the game. I just keep getting "Try again later".

That's what the forums are for. If you have issues with the game you can open a thread in Support section and someone will try to help you out. There are plenty of our staff members on the forums daily and there are also people from community that are willing to help out.
