Hello, sorry Today 04/19/22 at 3:50 am I bought the item ''Flare of the Heavens'' but I bought it with the wrong character. I wanted to buy it from my wizard and accidentally put it on my hunter, the item is still in the mail. and I haven't donated on the page because I don't have money to send an ''item misbuy'' ticket I need help pls :c

"Item misbuy" is for coin section of store. Purchases for point are separate thing and don't get refunds.

From the PM you sent I had assumed you used gifted Coins to get the item.
If you used Points instead and I misunderstood you, Persivaln is correct, we don't offer any kind of support for anything regarding the free Points.
