WotLK EQ disappears and other things after 2 years

Hi after 2 years I joined and I miss a lot of things whole eq mounty backpacks well just almost everything I had please can it be returned somehow? you can recover only the items you have got with coins (by opening a ticket on website: my account -> support -> Create ticket -> general enquiry)
