Excessive spell delay

I've been playing since day 1 in this season, and I noticed that there's a huge delay every time I cast spells, especially at peak hours. However, my latency is good, and I don't remember last season being like this.

I asked more people about this, and it seems that I'm not the only one with this issue.

My class heavily relies on haste, and this is a huge problem for me. I don't want to go to a raid with +500ms on every spell that I cast.

Is Warmane aware of this? Are they going to fix it?

EDIT:

I forgot to comment that this delay is not uniform. Sometimes it is 150ms, sometimes it's 300ms, sometimes it even goes up to 1 damn second, and sometime it goes back to what I should have (around 50-90ms). This worse the problem, because I can't "predict" when to cast a spell, since every cast have a different delay.
