WotLK Dual spec problem/bug

So, I purchased dual spec ingame, but when I try to change spec, it just does nothing. I dont know if its a bug or simply I dont know how it works.

The realm is Icecrown, if it helps.

Try deleting Cache folder and disable your addons.

Did you have any addons that could've caused an issue, or did you copy paste them to new files?
