I recently joined the server and now i'm level 17. When i choose the dungeon finder tab, it just stays gray when i want to find a group. Is this activity locked or what's going on?

what do you mean for "stay gray" ? Can you show a screenshot? (you need to pick a role before to queue)

You have to choose a role so that you can queue (Tank/DPS/Healer).

You could try copy+paste this to chat: /script LeaveParty()
