If there were only 3 rolls, the chances of that are 1 in 1 million
No idea why you won, perhaps you rolled first? I don't know what the game does when there's a tie
Rolls are not integers, but you see them as one because the output is rounded.
Each /roll to you looks like:
99 (1-100) but in reality it is decimal; e.g. 98.5 to 99.4(?9?x)
You can see something similar on the account panel when you're collecting your daily points
So 95.2 (95) will lose against 95.3 (95), 95.4 (95) or 95.5+ (100)
There is no secondary roll 'behind the scenes'

Honestly I have no idea of how players are ordered there. But it seems that Arbiterone was correct. The first player to have the highest roll wins.
