WotLK S1 - Frostmourne Transfer

Hello,
I reach you guys because I would like to know if S1 Frostmourne's characters are still available for transfer to icecrown, I went to services tab and my S1 Frostmourne's characters still appear there but there's no service I can click on to do the transfer.
