Quest "I appear to have lost my ring" didn't work

Hello everyone, I have a problem, by mistake I deleted my ring of the rep icc, and now the npc does not give me the quest "I appear to have lost my ring" how can I do to get it back?

go ingame and as long as youre using the classic ui, you should have a red questionmark icon on the left side next to your bags. Open that and go to "Talk to a GM", there you can state your issue. try to include a screenshot that you upload on imgur.
