    Name unavailable, no player in armory

    As the title suggests, I also created a quick character to see if I can add that nickname to friend list - which I can.
    Does that mean the player created a character of that name and never bothered to play it? Is there a way to claim back that nickname?
    Speaking about Frostmourne season.
