One guy repported me in a dungeon for Ninja, because of I looted a item, even with me like humiliated myself trying to giving him the item, and answering me like doesn't reacting, just saying things like: "I won't go there, I won't move, I won't..." And in the end I was banned, and its really unfair.
I even SSed when I whisped him wanting to give him the item, and he telling me like: "enjoy your ban by a ilv 200 item," to prevent, and now I want show to some GM/staff, can someone help me with a where to do it?
I think that, isn't it normal to we look things in dungeon to sell in npc and make money, and if someone asks we give them? I really humiliated myself trying to give him this item, even offered him portal to move without use Hearthstone.

It is completely fair. You are stealing to gain some gold, and now you are pretending as if you are innocent. Sit out your ban, read the rules, learn to behave when you play with other people. I don't understand how this topic, where you explain how you are ninja, but then tell how you were banned unfairly - - - how does this help you? You ninja - you get banned, it's really simple.

It's normal to pick Greed when you just want to sell. The moment you hit Need on something you don't actually need for gearing of your current character, role and specialization, you're stealing it from all others who picked Greed correctly, as Need takes precedence. Offering to give the item back later doesn't change what happened. Nothing was unfair about the ban, it was imposed over something you did. You could say the person didn't have to report you, could have accepted the item, and so on, but they seem to be more interested in teaching you a lesson.
