how long do misbuy item tickets usually take? Just curious cuz i wanted to play, but not sure if they need me to be offline to replace the item.

You don't need to be offline, or they do it while you're offline (sleeping) like a Santa Claus.
It may take a day or two, may even take three days, can't speak from experience though.
