How to report someone for harassment on Warmane ?

Hi everyone. I'm rather new, and barely ever come on the forums, so I'm sorry if I'm not posting where I should, but I don't know what to do.

There's a problem in game with some players during Wintergrasp that spem endlessly ready checks and quest sharing. It's like they have nothing better to do, and they are relentless at it. Blocking them doesn't change anything.

So basically there's this player, who do exactly that, and apparently have been doing it for a while, purposefully ruining everyone's good time.

Where do I write reports for this kind of permanent harassment ? I know I get told a lot "they will do nothing about it so don't bother reporting" but I also think that if nobody ever does it, nothing will ever change, and we shouldn't wonder why this kind of player is never banned.
