WotLK I seem to have a problem with points

I recently found out about colleting points on the website for gear and stuff but from what I've read you get 0.5+ points daily for having an account with good standing meaning it hasn't been banned before.

As far as I know I've been playing here for at least 2 years (mainly on frostmourne realm) and I've never been banned but my standing is Normal not in good standing and I want to know if there's a way to check ban history of my account or maybe I need to have a certain amount of achiv points to be eligible for that.

you can collect POINTs once you have at least 1000 "achievement points" on your account

more achievements = more points and you get even +0,5 as bonus for not being banned recently

Achievements from frostmourne and blackrock characters are ignored
