New raiding guild "The FUBAR Squadron" is recruiting most classes

*Socials are welcome, however for raiding we're full on shamans, priests and resto druids (offspec resto is ok if your mainspec is balance/feral)*

We're a "casual veteran guild" (HORDE). Most of us are over 30 and played the game for a long time, are serious about raiding, but also have RL obligations which don't map with hardcore guilds. Thus, we decided to make our own guild, with a raiding mindset, but without the "hardcore requirements" like "if you don't come to the next raid, you will be benched" or "if you can't make it to more than 3 raids, you're automatically kicked from raiding".

We do instead ask our members to sign what their attendancy will be on the guild discord signup, so we know to plan accordingly and not waste anyone's time.

Raid schedule: thursdays & fridays @ 17:00 - 20:30 server time.


As for requirements, it is not mandatory to have all the best enchants and all the best gems on your gear, but we do at least expect you to enchant and socket your gear at least with the cheaper variants (even raiders with RL responsibilities, that can't afford to invest time in farming gold, can still afford a green quality gem that costs 2-3 gold).

We are not a hardcore guild, but it shows you still put in at least *some* effort by not coming to raids with empty sockets and 0 enchants.
