how many coins have you got by donating to WARMANE?
Those coins are instantly used everywhere
BUT coins gained via "gift" and "trade" are "locked coins" for the first 72 coins
"locked coins" can be used ONLY on "Store" and "Service"
After 72 coins they become "regular coins" usable everywhere

But I want to buy the character from the trade sysyem.
And I can do that yesterday,why I can't do that today?
I got the coins from donation but not gift,but it mentioned me to wait 72h, I think that was a bug.
Could you help me fix the problem,I tried to ask the customer service,but they still dont reply me.

You must have been able to use Coins in the Market and for Services, not in Trade.
Access to Trade requires having 2fa active for 72 hours. There's no bug, you're simply trying to use a specific feature that has a requirement. This is a security feature to deter stolen accounts from having their Coins traded away across dummy accounts to make it a hassle to track down, so the actual owner has some time to realize the account was stolen and recover it before such damage is done. It also serves to further encourage players to have 2fa on and keep their accounts safer.

But the question is that, I got the coins from donation but not from other players.
And I have used the coins in Trade to buy the character in 2022.5.25.
I know what you mean,I can't use the coins from other players in Trade, but I got these 161 coins all from donation.
If I cancel the 2fa now, could I use the coins from donation in Trade?

the "rule" I have explained on my previous post is about Coins gained via trade/gift.
I have forgotten to mention that in order to use "Trade" market players have to enable "2-step auth" for at least 3 days.
So, in your case, this is the reason why you are not able to buy any character at the moment.
(for "Store" there is no rule, that is why yestartday you have spend coins there without any problem)

Also, no, cancelling 2fa will just reset the timer. You can't skip the 72 hours wait to use Trade after activating 2fa.

I used coins in Trade to but the character yesterday,but I enable 2fa today.
And I can't use the coins in Trade.I think that's the reason.
But I want to ask if I cancel the 2fa now,could I use coins in Trade now?
