WotLK I logged in to my account and my character is gone

hello yesterday I reinstalled the game and I forgot my username I entered my mail everything was fine I changed my password and after I logged in my character is gone.

my character is in icecrown
it's not my premium

not two days, I think something happened to the emails I have two and I don't know today I found out that I had an old account in the server
