Raid loot - Am i ninja?

Hello everyone! I have some questions about raid loot system and some stuff that i can't understand.

Yesterday was last day before CD on raids and i was an RL for naxx 25 and we killed 9 bosses.

I told that BOE's reserved when i spammed it in all chat (except maybe 1st message coz i forgot to add this) and in my first raid warning before we started repeated that again.

After 1st boss instructor (military), i gave mail wrists to the Restor Shaman instead of Holy Paladin because group loot system prefers to give mail gears to the shaman and i know that paladins wear plates. After that all raid long I received threats of ban(supposedly for ninja) from the Holy Pal. Despite this we continued raid and kill 8 more bosses with that pally (he got at least 2 items, but he continued to write me that i will get ban). In the end he wrote me "give me 1 BOE (which was reserved, and all i got from 9 bosses) and u will not get banned". Is blackmail allowed on Warmane? Nice.

And the second situation, similar to the first, because of which I stopped the raid (i was very tilted of these 2 facts) - I gave leather feets to the rogues instead of DK. I understand that DK could wear leather, but they also could wear mail and plate. We rolled for main spec, and even group loot system prefers to give leather to rogues. So whats the problem? The DK argued this by the fact that he has this item on his BIS. But BIS is not in game mechanic and i dont know anything about that.

Tell me please, am i ninja? Maybe I don't know some hidden rules, but i did my job, i was trying to kill all bosses and gave gear to the raid according to the casual group loot system. Of course, I am very disappointed with such toxic behavior of some players, because I did my best for them.

Finally, I would like to say that there were no my friends in the raid, there were only 2 people from the guild, and those rolls for which they consider me a ninja I gave to players whom I saw for the first time in my life.

Doesn't sound like you did anything wrong, from just your side of the story.
More like people tried to lie and bully you into giving them drops, which does seems to happen occasionally.

But you're in a raid where Master Looter is the preferred loot method,not in rdf where Need before Greed is. Most classes won't wear full max AC,because max armor class wastes a lot of stat budget on practically useless things like stamina. Plate most of the time is worse than mail/cloth for a holy paladin. Unfair to cloth/mail weares? Yes but it is how it is,blame blizzard before cata.

I'll be frank. Do not lead raids when you have no idea how to distribute loot then.

loots like that you didnt advertise the Raid as MS > OS raid and you didnt change loot rules you just used Armour Prio system. I think you relax your self. Next time maybe advertise that you will use Armour Prio. Most Raids are MS > OS because its common for plate to use mail items or leather g

Ok, now i know, but i dont wanna get banned for that.
What remains incomprehensible to me is that a shaman who does not get mail because of a Holy Pal will also want to write a report on me. So better never be RL as i see on Warmane.

Loot distribution in raids is defined by the raid leader or the loot master. It does not follow RDF roll rules by default. You did not ninja anything, but you didn't announce loot rules properly and you have a lack of knowledge of classes.
This more likely won't get you banned but will spoil your reputation, eventually, you will find yourself ignored by raiding half of the realm.
