My friend sent me coins but I didn't have 2FA enabled. I enabled 2FA but still didn't receive them even though they were deducted on his account. He sent a screenshot of his history section and the character name and realm are CORRECT. What do we do?

You got scammed, I mean, if you paid for those coins. Which you obviously didn't do, as it's against the rules. Also screenshots can be faked easily.
