Lordaeron Account bound equip

Good evening,

I tried a search for the issue in question but I did not find anything, so I ask here.
I took some "Account bound" items, assigning them to a certain character.
I was wondering if it was possible to transfer them to another character who is part of my account.
I tried to mail them but it tells me the item is "Soulbound".
