Frostmourne if you wanna do some progression and learning on the way. It's seasonal so after season ends, you have to manually start character transfer(s) to Icecrown.
Icecrown is super easy to jump into, all kinds of players play there. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Lordaeron if you are interested in leveling content and blizzlike rates. Also if you like your raiding to be more challenging this is your realm.

Icecrown if you just want to do casual easier end game content with higher rates in xp, gold and reputation.

Frostmourne if you want icecrown style fast paced leveling, gold and reps while still having Lordaeron style more challenging raid content. This server is PvE and seasonal. All characters will be transfered to Icecrown when season ends. 1 year cycle with new raid every few months.
