Hello.
Are there any GMs working on the server? I've been waiting for a reply to my ticket (Nickname Cyreen) for 3 days.

Tickets take time to be reached. Understand the scope and scale. 12000 players active, just on one server, roughly 80% of the 24hrs in a day. A limited number of staff (I think 12-20) to handle EVERYTHING. even if only 10% submits one ticket a day, thats 1200 tickets that need investigation daily. which means during the limited amount of time they have, thats 120 tickets an hour if they JUST did tickets for 10 hours. I've had a ticket submitted now for about 5 days. It is what it is. Have patience.
