WotLK Deleted characters?

Hi.

I'm willing to ask for a character that I had on Icecrown realm, which was a lv 80 dwarf paladin called "Palosanto". (indeed i had 2 characters, the other one was a tauren druid lv 78 and also desapeared).

Can I get some information about what happened to them? I'm sure i didn't delete them.
