Technical My mount disappeared from inventory

I won the bronze drake mount from the dungeon, "the Stratholme massacre" and when I got out of the dungeon I went to the bank to save said mount, but when I clicked on it to transfer it to my bank, it literally disappeared, it is neither in my inventory nor at my bank, I logged out and back into the server but it still doesn't show up, it just disappeared...
Is it because of a bug in the game or what happened? I need help please :,(

Try disabling your addons and see if it's there.

If it's not then you have lost it. But the drake is a guaranteed drop from that boss, so if you do the dungeon again a few times you will get it again.
