Technical why my caracter were deleted

fore some reasen i didn't play for a wile and wene i came back my caracters were deleted may i know why

Perhaps you were playing on Frostmourne which is a realm that reset the progress every few months, but luckily you can manually transfer your character from Frostmourne to Icecrown by visiting https://www.warmane.com/account then "Services" Select "Frostmourne S2" and hopefully you'll find your character there.
