WotLK HELP! I meet some big problem, i need restore something

1. I bought a Scroll of Deception to make change my Weapons (Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand) to Corrupted Ashbringer.
But, i made a mistake. i use the Scroll of Deception and click on Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand first. The Scroll of Deception become essence of Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand. i mean i want seence of Corrupted Ashbringer.
So, can u help me make the essence of Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand change to seence of Corrupted Ashbringer, or return the Scroll of Deception item ,delete essence of Glorenzelg, High-Blade.

2. i bought this character 12 hours ago, but i found there is no quest about Ashen Band of Endless Vengeance,can you help me pick up this quest again?

As for the scroll, you're boned on that. That's all on you. The ring however I'm not 100% sure of. Make an ingame ticket or use premium website ticket asking about that.

Not sure if you remember item name wrong.

What you need is Scroll of Illusion (legendary scroll, 50 coins at store) to be used on Corrupted Ashbringer to take its essence. Scroll of Deception (epic scroll) wouldn't allow you to do this.

You can get your Ashen Verdict ring when you send in-game ticket. It may take few days to get it done.
