its Just coins never Showd up..

See if your payment is not held back by the bank or something like that.

Also, send an email to [email protected] for directions or open a ticket here on site(in case your account became premium, but coins didn't appear).

hey, if someone can help me, i saw some people got the same problem in some posts, newer than mine.
I M waiting for paymentwall to get an answer.. 7or8 days passed from my donation and it was succesful, I Got a conversation via Email with paymentwall but its getting boring every day its passing, meaning im feeling my time got wasted.. i wont tell the amount i donate for obivous reasons! im trying to be polite, but Any solution will be appreciate!! Sorry for bother, *wish some from staff gonna see this* and thank you for your time!

Why money dissapeard

Because that's how banks work. They take the money from any online transactions the moment they are successfully attempted, whether successfully completed or not, so you can't use the same 50 bucks to make multiple online purchases you can't cover before it gets confirmed successful. If it had been successful the Coins should get credited automatically; no Coins means it wasn't successful and the donation never got through Paymentwall or reached us, it's on your bank to return the funds to your account.

hey ok.. im not mad about 20coins.. i was mad when i was posting with Paymentwall .. But ok, next time il try to do it with different way, thanks for responce and Big sorry about being rude, wish you can delete this post, and !@#$ money..
Wish you can add some other ways for donate.. I Had the same problem with Paymentwall in different cases, nevermind.
