hi i had characters i had a mage and some others after some month i have returned to play now i see nothing my heros are gone please give them back to me i had so much time on them please

Did you select right realm?
Frostmourne?
If you played on Frostmourne S2: Go to https://www.warmane.com/account/services select Frostmourne S2 and begin character transfer to Icecrown.
If you played on Frostmourne S1: You should've transferred them to Icecrown when you had the chance. Transfers from Frostmourne S1 to Icecrown are now closed.
Anywhere else: Inactivity Cleanup and Gold Squish for a healthier economy
If Inactivity Cleanup wouldn't have affected your characters, change password and enable 2FA. Characters don't just disappear out of nowhere.
Deleted characters are gone. Depending on time frames, you may be able to restore* one for free via https://www.warmane.com/account/services
*If it was deleted by another person who had access to your account.

hello, I have the same problem, but I had my character on Icecrown... his nick was Changerr level 80...what happend to it?

how can that be you can see it in armory but not in-game? I log onto to the Icecrown realm where I supposed to see it and be able to play it but it is not there for some reason!

How are we supposed to know it? You are only person to check account history and see suspicious log-ins and trading activity.
