Ppl help me a bit,

I found 6 item brackets of WG mark rewards: 200, 213, 226, 232, 245, 251. On Warmane, there are 4 content patches. This is the first. Only ilvl 200 rewards are out at WG vendor. 3 more content patch to come and 5 item brackets. How are new rewards released in new contents here?
