Technical Got IP banned for Adverticing - but havent done and adventicing

Hello gamers, and ideally some mods as well.

I had a problem that I believe to be a system error or something similar, but this morning, on July 16, 2022, when I tried to log in to my brand-new Level 80 Paladin to continue playing with friends and my guild, I received a message stating that my account is locked. I thought, "Hmm, this is strange," but I went back to the site to see what was happening, and what I saw shocked me.

I don't even know what I did or said that caused my IP to be banned or why I seem to have gotten a ban*for advertising. This really upsets me because I had a great time playing and didn't even try to break any laws. I was unable to identify what I had done incorrectly, not even when I attempted to think remote reason for that.

Could you please help me? I truly do not understand why I am being punished.
