WotLK Realm Transfer??

I thought this was a feature available, but I cannot seem to find it in the services menu. Has it been removed? Or am I not looking in the right place?

There is no constant transfer between realms. Only from last season of Frostmourne to Icecrown.
You do it manually, choosing Frostmourne S2 in Service tab and transferring characters one by one.
