WotLK Could not customize character

Just bought character via trade and purchased character customization as well. After changing gender, appearance, and name I get the aformentioned error message. I have already tried all of the hair styles and still am unable to complete character customization still. Please advise- thanks in advance.

Please disregard previous post. Upon further forum search, I read the issue on bugtracker section regarding WoD models, and left the same face as previous character only with opposite gender and customization worked.
