How to report ninja looting?

So we were on ICC 25 and RL decided he didnt want to share the loot so he "DC" before Vali after looting 6 bosses... what has to be done so he gets reported? im sorry in advance if there is a similar topic and i didnt see it and thanks for any answer!!
