1. Dear GM.Could you help me with this items problem please.

    Dear GM:
    I'm a new one to our server and I need help!

    2 days ago I purchased 5 items which cost 115 coins (gift from my friend to cheer me up)altogether on website,but I chose the wrong character.The correct character should be "Pocketpicker",level 80 rogue.But I selected the wrong character of mine "Babaliao"level 3 rogue accidentally.

    I created a ticket in game right away,but there's no response till today.And in the reply GM told me that the request of refund for coins must be made within 24 hours of purchase.I really don't know what to do.

    These 5 items are still in the mailbox of level 3 rogue"Babaliao" and being untouched.

    As a new one I really love my level 80 rogue"Pocketpicker" a lot,so dear GM,could you please let my "Pocketpicker"have these 5 items instead of "Babaliao",or refund these items for coins so that I can make a right purchase for my level 80 rogue please.
    That means a lot to me.
    Please help me,thank you!
