yesterday I was making a purchase of coins worth 20 euro. Transaction has been made, but I didn't get my coins. I have a statement of successful transaction. Please help with this issue.

Check with your bank if they blocked the transaction as anti-scam measure.
If the coins didn't arrive the money will be returned to you in a few days automatically.
