    account ban ip

    Hello my friend's account has got ip ban and the ip was from germany but he is not from germany and he didnt use any vpn. Is there any way to unban his account and he cant send ticket because of ban. His username is alimasteryi and the ban reason was:Too many bans registered on IP. pls help and tell us whats happend
