Realms Lordaeron RDF deserter penalty

The RDF penalty needs to be re-evaluated. I agree that the first person to leave a group or get voted out should get the 30 minute debuff, but players that leave when the group is less than 5 should not get penalized, or at least get a shorter debuff based on how many people were in the group. I have been in instances where the dungeon bugs out or half the party leaves and be forced to either take the debuff or wait even longer for someone to fill in.

Once there are only three players left (including you) you can leave the group without any penalty.

If the instance bugs out it shouldn't be a problem to convince the rest of the group to kick one another until there only are three players left and you are free to leave the group.
